Would stay there again, it was a nice stay for a business trip. It is clean and spacious hotel, the staff are courteous and location in the open area of the restaurant is favourable. They have good beverages in the main bar.

The hotel was wonderful and fantastic, with magnificent location very close to the international airport convenient if you want to reach the airport on time during Mumbai rains. We were given stylish and reasonably large rooms with a bathtub & comfy bed and bar, for instance. The service was excellent, the food was outstanding.

Real good stay for the Services and food. Clean venue with perfectly comfortable location to the final event. Complimentary selection for breakfast. Free parking onsite provided. Early check-in.

Not so nice area.

The hotel was luxury with great views and a magnificent location quite close to international airport. Location: the venue was not far from the Mumbai and garden and restaurant.

Magnificent, marvellous location even in the garden. Our hotel rooms were well-maintained and themed, with all essentials. Early check-in, parking on-site.

Neat rooms have a comfortable design. Courteous and understanding staff from the watchman to the duty manager, everything is nice. Would stay there again for a trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our suite at Waterstones. The separate living room and bedroom made it feel like a small apartment, and the large bathroom was a bonus. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated the attention to detail in terms of sanitization and protocol adherence. The hotel's proximity to the airport was also convenient for our travel plans. I had a very comfortable stay at Waterstones and would recommend it.

It's spacious boutique hotel, everything is really good here. The venue offers incredibly comfortable and stunning location right by that restaurant. As we remember, there's a lot of restaurants to choose from, like Mainland China, set within 10 minutes walk or so.

We would stay there again for a trip. Quaint hotel, clean, employees are courteous, and location is magnificent even in the garden. The rooms are stylish and reasonably large, and are complete with bar as well as house bed.

The hotel was perfect little with perfectly comfortable location short walk to Taxi as well as the restaurant. Extremely helpful personnel iN CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL and kept the venue clean. The breakfast was complimentary, had good choice of options and the food was good.

The room is neat, stylish comes with 2 glass of wine, brilliant aircon and well maintained board games. The staff are exceptional and the breakfast is complimentary.

Not so helpful staff!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel near the airport in Mumbai. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub and a comfy bed, allowing me to unwind after a long day. The hotel also provided basic amenities and nice facilities, making my stay even more convenient and pleasant.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

excellent customer service and hospitality.. staff greeting with a smile all the time was very overwhelming..

nothing that we dint like...it was an awesome time that we had at the hotel.
